To use, simply pour approximately 1/2” of water into the base, fill the top of the butter keeper with butter, and turn it upside down into the base. The water creates a seal to lock out air, so your butter stays fresh and ready-to-use for up to a month. Keep butter in Norpro’s Butter Crock and you’ll always have perfectly spreadable butter for your morning toast, baked potatoes, and dinner rolls.
